- Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
- Valid certification as a Lymphedema Therapist from a recognized training program.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Experience with advanced manual therapy techniques.
- Interest in facial diagnoses and treatments.
