About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer safe and effective therapy treatments. You will also reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, document all findings accurately, and educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-treatment care. Collaboration with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members is essential to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
- 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
- PT - Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
- Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology for documentation and billing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
- Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards.
