About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, interpreting assessment and diagnostic data, and promoting continuous quality improvement. You will also instruct and counsel patients and their families as needed, while ensuring that medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.

About You

Required:

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.
Availability to work Friday - Monday.

Preferred:

Acute care experience.
Availability for 2 weekend shifts per month and on/around 1 winter and 1 summer holiday.
