- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and completion of a required internship program.
- Valid Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics and acute care for adults.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
