About the Role

As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will be responsible for carrying out individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Your daily tasks will include assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, educating patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure compliance with all Medicare and home health regulations.
