About You
- Current certification or license as required by state law.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate’s degree in science or applied science.
- Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapy assistant.
- Satisfactory grade on a proficiency examination conducted by the U.S. Public Health Service.

PERSONAL-TOUCH HOME CARE, began operations in 1974 and since then has grown into a national company. Each office is licensed by the State in which it operates and most of the offices are certified as home health agencies offering Medicare services. We provide skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aides and companions. In addition to these traditional home health services, Personal-Touch has developed specialty programs, including mental health, pediatrics, maternal/child, hospice, rehabilitation, dialysis, infusion, and others.
