About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist patients with therapeutic exercises, apply various treatment modalities, observe and report on patient progress, fit and train patients in the use of orthopedic devices, and perform clerical duties. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist and other health team members to coordinate treatment programs and ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree for physical therapy assistant required.
- CPR certification required.
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical safety hazards and precautions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in maintaining detailed reports and using clinical EMR.
