About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will evaluate participants, administer physical therapy treatments, record progress, and instruct participants and/or their families in care. You will supervise the work activity of assistants and work in both the outpatient center and participants' homes as needed. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments, developing and updating plans of care, and documenting changes in participants' medical records.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited university or a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy with certification.
- Active State of Washington Physical Therapist license.
- Two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist.
Preferred:
- One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.
- Willingness to train on the complexities of serving a frail and elderly population.
- Active CPR and First Aid Certification within one month of hire.
