About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs, support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals, and document progress while maintaining productivity standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
Preferred:
- Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care.
