Physical Therapist

Kadima Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their in-house rehab team at North Strabane, PA. The role involves evaluating, planning, and administering treatment to promote the physical well-being and functional recovery of residents.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents with temporary or long-term disabilities, ensuring all treatment is delivered according to an established plan of care. You will provide clinical support, instruct patients and caregivers, measure and record motor function, and monitor patient responses to treatments, making necessary modifications. Documentation must be completed in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
