About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and function of residents, create personalized treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, collaborate with nursing staff and families, maintain clear documentation, and help residents achieve independence and safety.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in rehabilitation settings.
- A passion for functional movement and patient progress.
