Summary
Your Health is seeking a Primary Care Physical Therapist to service patients throughout the Myrtle Beach area. The role involves providing patient care in various settings including homes, clinics, and via Telehealth.
About the Role
As a Primary Care Physical Therapist, you will perform visits in homes, assisted living facilities, and clinics, while also providing care through Telehealth. Your responsibilities will include obtaining health histories, conducting physical assessments, providing health education, and coordinating referrals to other healthcare professionals. You will work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and may be required to travel between locations.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certification through the therapy state board.
- A current license to practice in the state of SC.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between offices and facilities.
- Ability to utilize electronic documentation.
