- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
