As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate residents and create goal-driven therapy plans, deliver engaging interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support residents in regaining strength and independence, document therapy sessions, and educate families and caregivers.
About You
Required:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active PT license in Texas.
- Great communication skills, adaptability, and a warm personality.
Preferred:
- A passion for geriatric care or a willingness to develop it.
- SNF experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
