About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans for family members, conduct assessments, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions. You will work closely with individuals who have specific movement disorders, ensuring consistency and depth in their treatment. This position requires a commitment to delivering excellent care in a supportive environment free from traditional barriers.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
- Broad clinical background.
- Must be eligible for (or have) active licensure to practice in Texas or another state within the PT Compact.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.5 GPA.
- Must be willing to work no more than 45 hrs. per week, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Must be willing to work for 2+ years with the family.
Preferred:
- Analytical and detail-focused.
- Innovative, flexible, and collaborative.
