About You
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
- 1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
- Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile.
