You will work in a community-based care setting, focusing on delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About You
Required:
- Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state of South Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care settings.
- Approval from regional clinical leaders if less than one year of experience.
