About You
- Current PT license (state-specific).
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Minimum one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
- Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
- Experience engaging in physical activities such as walking, standing, and lifting patients.
