Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapist, PT for a Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem opportunity performing Home Health Visits in Senior Living Communities located in Chester County.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests, implementing protective interventions, developing individualized care plans, continually assessing and revising care plans, educating clients and their families, and accurately documenting client care management.
About You
Required:
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist - PT license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
