About the Role
As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, assist in developing therapy plans, provide services in accordance with state laws, observe and report patient responses to treatment, and instruct healthcare team members and caregivers about the plan of care. You will also visit patients according to the treatment plan and complete necessary documentation.
About You
Required:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
