About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA, you will perform diagnostic tests, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate clients and their families, and document patient care management. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary health care team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, ensuring clients can remain at home.
About You
Required:
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
