About the Role

Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients' functional abilities, establishing treatment plans, administering treatments, preparing patient records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide optimal care. You will also involve patients and families in care planning and assist in supervising paraprofessional staff.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited school or equivalent.
- Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Preferred:
- Experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy.
