About the Role
As a Physical Therapist II, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing therapy plans, and providing education to patients and their families. You will collaborate with an interprofessional care team to achieve patient-specific goals and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to less experienced staff and assist in quality metrics collection and process improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for Physical Therapy.
- Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist or completion of a comparable Physical Therapy Residency program.
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
- PT - Physical Therapist State Licensure in Texas.
Preferred:
- Experience in mentoring or precepting students and less experienced staff.
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
