About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating residents, providing therapeutic interventions, designing adaptive equipment usage, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, instructing residents in mobility techniques, supervising rehabilitation personnel, and maintaining therapy equipment. Your goal will be to help residents regain independence and improve their overall well-being.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred:
- Experience with Rehab Optima and PointClickCare.
