About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, managing a patient case load of 10-12, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. You will interpret assessment and diagnostic data, ensure medical orders are processed accurately, and promote continuous quality improvement. Additionally, you will instruct and counsel patients and their families as needed.
About You
Required:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of Therapy Source documentation system.
