You will work a flexible schedule, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and will be expected to meet a productivity requirement of 85%.
About You
Required:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or sub-acute settings
