CareOne is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their in-house rehab team in Newton, MA. The role involves providing high-level rehabilitation care to residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating residents' needs, establishing treatment plans, and directing rehabilitation care. You will collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate in clinical documentation and billing processes. The position requires participation in in-service training and may involve limited travel to other facilities.
About You
Required:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current and Active Physical Therapist license within the state of operations.
Preferred:
- Experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
- Knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
