About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will use discretion and independent judgment to provide comprehensive assessments, direct treatment, and develop home exercise programs for hospice patients. You will document each visit, participate in interdisciplinary group meetings, and instruct patients and families on functional limitations and progress towards goals.
About You
Required:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
