About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide direct treatment, supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, document patient progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. You will also provide training for caregivers and recommend necessary durable medical equipment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Active California PT license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with residents, families, and staff.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Casamba, PointClickCare preferred).
