About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services, consulting with family members, and collaborating with other professionals. You will follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to develop methodologies for achieving developmental goals, coach caregivers, and ensure active participation in interventions. Services will be provided in diverse settings, including homes and daycare centers, while maintaining confidentiality and preparing progress reports.
About You
Required:
- PA Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
- Pediatric Experience
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
Preferred:
- Home Based Service Delivery Experience
