Summary
Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Santa Maria, CA. The role involves providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of patients.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through the evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs. You will develop and regularly update treatment plans, educate patients on home exercise programs, maintain communication with care teams, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in continuing education and provide mentorship to students.
About You
Required:
- Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California PT license required.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
