- Licensure as a physical therapist in Utah.
- Valid Driver license.
- One or more years pediatric experience.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprinting background check.
- Baby Watch Early Intervention Specialist Credential.
- Previous Part C early intervention experience.
- Knowledge of early childhood development, specific to birth to 3 years.
