Summary
SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Wildwood, MO. This full-time position involves working split hours between the Wildwood Athletic Center and the Ballwin - Sulphur Springs centers.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on their needs and physician direction. You will be responsible for delegating and directing therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and coworkers. Additional duties include performing professional responsibilities related to patient care and therapy service development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
