Summary
SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist/Center Manager for their Creve Coeur Aquatics location. This role involves treating both land and aquatic patients, managing clinical and administrative staff, and overseeing the operational aspects of the center.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist/Center Manager, you will provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned clinic location, serve as a rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor, facilitate team dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for staff management, financial oversight, and developing strategic objectives for the clinic.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Two years supervisory or management experience in a Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic setting.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing outpatient physical therapy services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
