About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Aide Floater, you will be responsible for supporting physical therapists by preparing patients for therapy, assisting with therapeutic exercises, maintaining treatment equipment, and providing excellent customer service. You will float between clinics in Suffolk County and must be available on Mondays.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and record conditions, reactions, and changes in patients' physical condition.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the equipment used in therapy work.
- Knowledge of proper strengthening techniques.
- Ability to maintain appropriate attitude and conduct necessary to the welfare of patients.
