About You
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License upon hire if practicing in Washington.
