About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatments, implementing therapeutic exercise programs, and conducting home visits for participant assessments. You will also assist with equipment management and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
About You
Required:
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification/licensure in the state of California.
- Strong communication, observation, and clinical documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with older adults, long-term care, or PACE populations.
- Ability to work autonomously within a team-based, interdisciplinary care environment.
