- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric care setting.
- Familiarity with PDPM and SNF therapy documentation standards.
