About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Must be licensed by the Georgia State Board of Medical Examiners.
- DOT certification required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License required.
- Supervising physician to advance practice providers (PAs or NPs).
