About You
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a U.S. state or territory.
- Completed residency training in an accredited Otolaryngology program.
- Fellowship training in head and neck surgery.
- Experience in managing complex otolaryngology cases.
