- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
- Experience in general gastroenterology
- Eligible for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor
- Expertise or focused interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) or gastrointestinal motility disorders
- Prior academic or high-volume clinical experience
