About You
Required:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board certified or board eligible in area of specialization.
- Active certification from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Completion of an accredited residency in radiology and a fellowship training program in area of specialization.
