About the Role
As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - OB/GYN, you will provide medical services to preserve the health of employees and client personnel. Your responsibilities include assessing urgent health needs, formulating care plans, treating illnesses, maintaining patient records, and ensuring confidentiality. You will also pursue professional development and monitor financial transactions related to patient care.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree from an approved OB/GYN or women's health nurse practitioner program.
- Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant school and hold NCCPA, AANP or ANCC Certification.
- Possess a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification with the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
- Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted NP/PA License.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience as Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification required.
- Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products.
Preferred:
- Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries.
- Self-starter who is action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
