- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Master’s degree.
- Three years as a Physician Assistant.
- Unrestricted, Current Physician Assistant license.
- Certified California Physician Assistant license.
- Current DEA license.
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
