About the Role
As a Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Reconstruction, you will work closely with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate patients, provide medical treatment, and assist in surgeries. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, maintaining detailed patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement care plans. You will also ensure a team-oriented approach and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
About You
Required:
- Florida licensed as Physician Assistant or ARNP.
- Two to five years of professional orthopedic clinical/surgical experience.
- Orthopedic experience is required.
- Computer literate in a Windows environment, EHR, and Athena.
Preferred:
- Experience in an orthopedic outpatient office setting.
- Experience in urgent care settings.
