About the Role
As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for rounding and managing the clinical care of patients at assigned skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Your daily tasks will include prescribing medications, ensuring timely documentation of patient encounters, and being available for consultations with nursing staff. You will work in a supportive community with flexible schedules and no on-call or overnight requirements.
About You
Required:
- Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in providing primary care services.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as ChartEasy™, PointClickCare, or MatrixCare.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
