About the Role
As a Physician Charge Review Liaison, you will be responsible for reconciling physician procedural charges on a monthly basis, conducting analytical reviews, and collaborating with certified coders. You will serve as a point of contact for patients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while demonstrating the core values of Enloe Medical Center.
About You
Required:
- One year physician office experience with procedural coding and documentation review.
- One year experience in a medical office environment performing insurance verification, data entry, typing, customer relations, and filing.
- Six months experience in a medical office or clinic setting performing general clerical duties.
Preferred:
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Ability to maintain rapport with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
