About the Role

As the Chief of Urology, you will be responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of all urology providers and trainees, ensuring effective patient care and resident training. You will facilitate staff meetings, consult leadership on patient outcomes, and participate in strategic planning. The position requires direct patient care, participation in call schedules, and collaboration with academic affiliates. You will also be involved in research and development activities.

About You

Required:

Doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.
Completed residency training in an accredited core specialty training program.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred:

Board certification in Urology.
Experience in managing high-volume clinical services.
Experience in resident oversight and training.
