About the Role
As a Physician Program Director, you will develop and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support the organization’s scientific, medical, and commercial goals. You will collaborate with hospitals to identify areas for program efficiencies and ensure long-term program sustainability. Your responsibilities include developing KOL engagement strategies, advocating for heart recovery programs, and serving as a liaison between key opinion leaders and internal teams.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS required; MBS or MBA preferred.
- 4 or more years of sales experience within Abiomed or over 7 years of related industry sales experience.
- Prior KOL management experience or existing relationships in the geographic area.
- Experience working collaboratively with C-Suite hospital administrators.
- Strong understanding of US health care policy and payment systems.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to project manage effectively and drive initiatives to completion.
- Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
