- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, or hospitality management.
- Proven experience managing workplace operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
